How are my products shipped?
For Cushions, Table Linens, Scarves: These products are typically despatched to you within 2 business days. We ship using regular post, via Australia Post. Express post can be purchased for an additional amount at the checkout.
For Fabrics & Wallpapers: most of our fabrics & wallpapers are printed to order, and will be shipped to you direct from the manufacturer. Please allow up to 5 weeks for delivery from the date of payment. For Wallpaper Rolls these are normally shipped from our office within 2-3 days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments through PayPal or Stripe.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal and Stripe for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a Paypal account you may use it.
