+ Before you begin
Please inspect every roll to ensure you have received the correct design and its in good condition. We do not accept liability for defects in the condition of the product after the paper has been hung and which were apparent at the time of hanging, nor are we responsibile for any consequential loss or the cost of installation. If you notice any defects in the paper you must contact us immeadiately.
+ Preparation
Walls must be clean and dry. All cracks & holes filled in and smoothed down with sandpaper. Before hanging wallpaper on an absorbant wall (cleaned plaster, new drywall etc), the walls should be sized with wallpaper size, applied with brush or roller. If a glossy paint finish is to be covered, the surface must be thoroughly rubbed with sandpaper to provide a "gripping" surface.
+ Hanging
Mark the wall with a plumbline to ensure you position the first panel correctly. Apply a heavy duty paste to the wall using a roller or brush. Position the dry paper on the wall aligning it to your plumbline, the paper will soften to allow you to position it correctly. Wallpaper is supplied untrimmed and will require double-cutting on the wall. There is a 2cm overlap each side of the printed pattern. To Double Cut: the white border is first trimmed from the dry paper. After the first panel has been correctly positioned on the pasted wall, the second panel is overlapped and the pattern is matched perfectly in alignment. With a very sharp knife and a straight edge both papers are cut through down the centre of the overlap allowing the top selvedge to fall away as excess. Carefully lift the top panel and remove the bottom selvedge from underneath. Firmly press down the two edges with a foam or rubber roller for a neat butt join. Immeadiately remove any leaking adhesive with a damp sponge or cloth. Once the wall has been completely papered it should be wiped down with a clean damp cloth. Any paste on the wallpaper surface can be cleaned with soap & water. Please note: the wallpaper is not scratch resistant and all hard-edged tools must be used carefully to avoid scratching the print surface. A soft cloth can be used to cover plastic or metal edges. Do not rub or scrub. Good ventilation and an even temperature will assist in the drying.
+ Removal
Dry Strippable with no residue.

+ Before you begin
Ensure the wall covering has been supplied as ordered and has not been damaged in transit.
+ Preparation
Ensure surfaces have been thoroughly prepared and are clean, smooth and dry. Different surface preparations/primers/adhesives are required according to whether the surfaces are uncoated/absorbent, coated/absorbent, non-absorbant or high moisture. Consult your installer to see what is required for your job.
+ Hanging
Mark the wall with a plumbline to position the first panel correctly. Apply wallpaper paste to the wall (not the wallpaper) using a roller or brush. We recommend using a starch-based tub paste, such as the Porters brand. PVA or PVC based pastes may cause surface staining problems. Apply the dry paper to the wall aligning it to your plumb line-the paper will soften a little allowing you to position it correctly. Our wall coverings have selvedges on both sides. There is a 2cm overlap of the design in total edge to edge (1cm on each side). This allows for overlap & trimming when matching the wallpaper side to side. Installation requires on-the-wall pattern overlapping and doublecut. After the first panel has been correctly positioned, the second panel is overlapped and the pattern is aligned perfectly. With a sharp knife(or double-cutting tool,) both papers are cut through neatly allowing the top selvedge to fall away as excess. Carefully lift the top edge away and remove the bottom selvedge from underneath. Firmly press down the 2 edges with a foam rubber roller for a neat butt join. Avoid squeezing paste out of joints, immeadiately remove paste with a damp sponge cloth. Paste must not come into contact with the printed side otherwise staining may occur.
+ Wet areas
Our wallpaper is not suitable for wet areas
+ Care Instructions
The wallpaper may be cleaned with any non-solvent based household cleaner and a damp sponge. Blot dry with a lint free cloth. The surface of the print is easily scratched so take care when using metal and plastic tools in the installation. Avoid using excess water when cleaning and be sure to tend to stains immeadiately for best results. After paste is fully cured, depending on the condition of the wall, the wallpaper can be dry stripped from the wall.

+ Hanging instructions for paste the wall method
The use of a professional hanger is highly recommended. Before commencing, every roll should be inspected. Please ensure all rolls have the same pattern and batch number and colours match roll to roll and edge to edge. Please also check design direction before preparing to hang. After 3 lengths have been installed, carefully re-examine it. If a fault is found, please stop and contact yuor supplier. Claims cannot be accepted for paper hung in excess of three drops. The decision to continue is now the responsibility of the purchaser and paper hanger. No claims for hanging costs in excess of three drops will be accepted. Please retain all batch labels until decorating is completed.
+ Preparation
Remove all existing wallcoverings including lining papers prior to installation. It is recommended that the walls are lined with a good quality lining paper before installation. Surfaces need to be clean & dry. Please pre-treat any existing mould. New plaster or other absorbant surfaces should be pretreated with surface size. Gloss painted surfaces will need to be roughened with sandpaper.
+ Application
Please use a ready mixed adhesive designed specifically for paste the wall products.
1)Measure 50cm(20") out from a corner on a wall adjacent to a window wall and, using a plumb line draw a vertical line from ceiling to floor. This gives you a straight edge from which to align your first length of paper.
2)Using a roller, apply a generous and even layer of paste to the wall where the first width of wallcovering will hang. Follow the paste manufacturers instructions for the paste quantity to be applied per roll or mtr/sq. Ensure that the pasted area is slightly wider than the drop to be hung.
3)Hang directly from the roll. Slide into position, aligning one edge of the wallcovering with the vertical plumb line. The other edge should overlap around the corner by approx 20mm (3/4")
4)Smooth down with soft decorators brush or soft clean cloth. Remove any air bubbles by smoothing them out from the centre to each edge.
5)Trim top & bottom using a straight edged ruler and kraft knife.
6)Avoid adhesive contamination on the face of the wallcovering. Gently wipe away any residue paste immeadiately with a damp soft cloth.
7)Ensure that you hang each length of wallcovering in the correct direction. Repeat with additional lengths matching pattern as necessary.
+ Removal
If installation of wallpaper is as above, and includes the use of lining paper, then this product is dry strippable.
